Motor Vehicle Technology and Maintenance Programme
We have availability for students to start a Foundation Learning Programme starting in September. This programme is available to candidates aged 16-18 and not already in education or employment.
The foundation learning programme consists of the following:
1st 12 week block
· Entry Level 3 Introduction to Vehicle Technology – Award
· A Functional Skill delivered with a Motor Vehicle context (Maths, English or ICT)
· Work towards a Personal and Social Development (PSD) qualification
2nd 12 week block
· Entry Level 3 Introduction to Vehicle Technology – Certificate
· A Functional Skill delivered with a Motor Vehicle context (Maths, English or ICT)
· Work towards a Personal and Social Development (PSD) qualification
3rd 12 week block
· Level 1 Vehicle Maintenance - Certificate
· A Functional Skill delivered with a Motor Vehicle context (Maths, English or ICT)
· Work towards a Personal and Social Development (PSD) qualification
4th 10 week block
· Level 1 Vehicle Maintenance - Award
· A chance to catch up and achieve the best possible level of Functional Skills (Maths, English or ICT)
· Completion of the Personal and Social Development (PSD) qualification
The Foundation Learning Programme will be delivered in partnership with Norfolk County Council Adult Education and Guidance Services (NCCAEGS)
