Open Road West Norfolk is a modern, well-equipped state of the art automotive workshop and training facility, a place where students, teachers and staff enjoy attending, a place where they want to be rather than have to be.

A safe place of learning, while at the same time being fun and exciting, Open Road through the attraction of motor vehicles is the catalyst that captures the attention and interest of our young people; it generates the desire to achieve more as an individual, and to help others by developing team player skills.

Open Road drives a culture of hard work, a place where application, positive attitude and teamwork will be acknowledged and appropriately rewarded, ultimately leading to professionally recognised qualifications that will help students find their way onto a career path that will sustain and reward them for the future, a profession to be proud of.

Working closely with High Schools, Open Road will help link students with local businesses with the aim of helping our young adults attain workplace apprenticeships in all areas of technology based industries that are key to the development and growth of the region.

Automotive, aerospace, marine, off shore and renewable energy industries require that the young workforce of the future will need engineering skills that can develop and grow at a pace to match and exceed the speed of the changes being made in these key industries, Open Road meets that training need today, and more importantly for the future.
